1. Always trim the wick before each burning - to 3-4 mm. A wick trimmer may be used. Scissors are okay, too. Otherwise, particles of decayed wick will get into the wax and the candle will be very smoky or slow burning. You don’t want to organize a black mass
2. The candle remembers its first time. The very first time you burn it for at least 1 hour. This will allow the top to remain smooth
3. It is better to light the wick with matches. Because if the wax is already very rancid, it will be difficult and pointless to use a lighter. If you don’t have long matches, you can use spaghetti. And it will be perfecto!
4. It is better not to blow out the candle, but to cover the top with something like a lid. Oxygen will stop flowing and the flame will go out elegantly. The wick will not be deformed.
5. Do not burn for more than 4 hours. And after each time let the candle rest for at least an hour.
6. Well as a reminder, keep the candle away from small children, pets and moving air.
